Rain, Rain Go Away
So I wanted to spend my NYE exploring the north end in Boston but rain has ruined those plans for me. I guess that means its bonding time for me and Delilah....
I'm sure I'll get bored and try to redecorate or do a craft off pinterest...

Southern Poppy Seed Chicken
3 lbs chicken
1 (16oz.) carton of sour cream
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 sleeves of ritz crackers
1.5 sticks of butter
2 tbsp poppy seeds
Boil chicken 15-20 min. Cut chicken into bite-sized pieces. Mix chicken, sour cream and soup together.
In a seperate dish mix together: crushed crackers, melted butter and poppy seeds. Take out 1 cup of mixture and save for topping. Spread the rest on bottom of pan and spread chicken mix on top of that. Use the cup of cracker mix and sprinkle on top.
Bake at 325 for 30-40 min
